THE JAVERS PROCESS

In addition to providing expert project management, we've developed our unique process to make home building both easy and fun for our customers.

FINANCING

In most cases, we carry the construction loan. This helps to cut down the amount of paperwork required by you as progress is made. Plus, you won't be required to make monthly interest payments to your bank during the building process. You will just secure your permanent financing so it is ready to go when your home is finished.

design

We offer complimentary interior design services, regardless of the size of your home. We understand that our customers are working professionals with limited time and our designer works with you every step of the way, coordinating with your busy schedule to help keep the building process running on time and within budget.

upgrades

We do not mark-up your upgrades. We want you to make your selections based on what you love. Your budget and selection costs are always in full view. When you make your selections, our vendors and interior designer know to give you our contractor pricing right up front, so you can make a decision on the spot if you are ready to do so.
